Situated 10 Kms from Chikmagalur, on the slope of the Bababudanagiri Hills at an elevation of 4100 ft with a breath taking backdrop of Mullaiahnagiri the tallest peak in Karnataka, is set amidst one of the prettiest locations in Karnataka.
A total of five rooms are available for tourists to stay, one of them is in the main house, the other two are newly built and are named ARABICA & ROBUSTA. Along with the dining area known as PEA BERRY, these buildings are beautifully and asthetically designed to blend with the main heritage mansion, at the same time offer all modern day comforts.

• Cancellation done 10 days in advance will entitle a maximum refund of 50%.
• There will be absolutely no refund under any conditions if room is cancelled 10 days prior to stay period. Postponement will be at the sole discretion of the management of the homestay
